New renderer Philips 55OLED805/12

Hi,

I tried to connect Philips 55OLED805/12 to UMS.
At first connection was established but shared folders were empty.
I have read here on the forum regarding different Philips tv's, that deselecting all of the renders except for Philips Android TV would help.
Yes, that helped .

Now, the persistent problem is that all of the files which are played on that tv need to be picked from Transcode folder as "without transcoding".

If I choose from Transcode folder Ffmpeg, Mencode, Tsmuxer or Vlc version of the file, it would not work.
Is that behavior has something to do with the fact that Philips TVs do not read subtitles, or maybe it has something to do with wrong configuration of the renderer ?

It will be that there is no current renderer conf for that model of TV.
There may be an existing one that can be altered to make a new one for it but to be of any more help we will need to see logs. See the section above in red.

Hi kreon, we can make you a new renderer config for your TV if you provide us logs. Just let the TV connect to UMS while UMS is in TRACE mode (instructions are up top) and post the logs here

Please try the attached renderer and let me know how it goes. In particular if you could check that transcoded videos are playing that is the main thing. You can check that manually by going into a #--TRANSCODE--# folder and playing a video that starts with [FFmpeg]

Unfortunately nothing changes. Files within Transcode folder are not playable (apart from file - no transcoding)

I've tried ffmpeg, Mencoder and Tsmuxer.
Tv shows only loading circle for couple of minutes...
