Bug Version 14.5.1?
Hello,
I right-clicked on the UMS icon in the task list, selected Settings(old), General settings and turned off "Use automatic maximum bandwidth". The max bandwidth field was empty. In the browser version, under Server settings, the maximum bandwidth was 90. It seems as if Setting(old) and the browser version contain different values see screen shots.

Re: Bug Version 14.5.1?
90 is the default setting if nothing is set, the old GUI just does not show anything if it has not been set before.

I entered the value 50 in the web version but it does not appear in the "old version"

I checked this and you are right, it does not update in the old GUI.
In fact it does not populate that box even if it has been set in the old GUI and UMS is restarted, but it does actually change that setting in UMS.conf
This may also effect other settings too but not checked any others.
I don't think this would be a high priority to fix as it is just cosmetic and the devs made the decision to not work on the old GUI anymore and just focus on the web GUI as it is easier for them to change. I think the only reason why they are keeping the old GUI is it is a backup if the web interface cannot be created.
