X86 support

Post by dmitche3 »

I didn’t see a thread for the announcement of dropping support for x86 systems.
I’ve forgotten what that means but I still run UMS under A Windows 7 starter netbook. LOL. Only 2GB of memory but it works. Total honesty, I only run it a dozen times throughout the year when I need to shutdown my main server or I simply don’t want it up and running, as in stormy weather, even though it is on a UPS.

Thanks for letting us know you still want x86, maybe removing that was a mistake to remove it

I don't know if this applies to Linux systems as well but there is still a demand for 32-bit Linux software.
