Running the installer again will install the missing folders.
This issue has been fixed now for 14.11.0

@binary512 no problem. I am new to win11 on this new computer but I can't remember if I had to enable the tray icon or not.
Maybe it got turned off during an update? Win 10 on my old computer did not hide the tray icons.
Logs are important for us to help, Please follow This Link before asking for support. Just a forum cleaner, Will help if I can but no expert.

Thanks, mik_s, for the solution. It works correctly by running the installer a second time. The BIN and JRE17 files are present.
Thanks for the fix in the new version 14.11.0. :)
