Videos doesn't appear and stuttering

Videos doesn't appear and stuttering
My laptop is connected via wireless, as so my Xbox 360.
So I decided to connect my Xbox 360 to my PC via an ethernet cable, why not? It's supossed to do the videos run better.
But... problems are appearing. When I go on the chapters page the chapter selection don't appear, and if a return to a video who appeared before it doesn't appear anymore.
Like this:
> Go to my movie folder
> Movie appear
> Go to my cartoons folder
> Go to transcode folder
> Go to chapters folder
> Chapters don't appear
> Go to my movie folder
> MOVIE DON'T APPEAR
Ok, there's a problem. But I want to see Batman: The Animated Series!
I select the video (not in the chapter selection), and in some part it starts stuttering and the video closes. =(
What should I do? I don't want to remove my ethernet cable because I can stream my Xbox 360 games via PC to console.
And sorry for my really bad english, it's not my native language and I am to lazy too study anymore.

Ok, the problem with the chapters is just with AVI files. What should I do to fix it?
