UMS doesnt start

Hello its my first time with UMS. I have been using ps3 media server and it work good but ums just doesnt start. Here's debug. I updated java to the newest version of course

You still have PMS installed and possibly running as a service.

I have uinstalled PMS and UMS still doesnt work :(
