Showtime won't play any video

I used UMS when it had the "No Encoding" option in the transcode options on Showtime on my PS3 because thats the only way it'll play any video for me. That option is not there for a while so I had to make things work with codecs. The problem I'm getting when I launch a video that way through Showtime is this:
