My 7" Galaxy Tab 3 (SM-T211) can't find UMS

I did a quick search here, but didn't seem to find the info I need.

First off, I am using the UMS with my PS3, and it never fails, always picks it up, no problem.

However, I also have a 7" Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (SM-T211), running on Android 4.1.2, and I can't seem to get it to work with the UMS. I have tried various programs, such as Skifta and BubbleUPnP, both of which seem to be highly recommended, but nothing seems to work. I also have the previous model, the 7" Galaxy Tab 2, and same problem there, never worked for me.

What can I do? Any suggestions?

A little update. I also have the Galaxy Camera, running on same version of Android. I decide to install Skifta on it and voila! It works. It detects the UMS and works like a charm. What possible reasons could there be for my Samsung Android tabs, running the same android version, not picking up the UMS?
