New Media Folder Not Hiding Empty Folders

So I've posted this elsewhere, but I had more to add as I've properly gone through the steps to give you guys what you need to fix it

I'm running v3.3.0 and this is the first time I've used UMS.

When I view my New Media folder, I see all folders that I'm sharing (attachment - all folders v3.3.0), even though they are empty (attachment - empty v3.3.0).

I have attached my trace and config files.

I suspect its something like the "Clear All" video is causing it to think its not empty, or its looking at the number of files in the folder on disk, rather than how many its displaying as "New Media".

Also, it appears that that "New Media" folder does not respect the "Ignore the word "the" while sorting" option either.

Sorry to do this, but i feel i need to bump this up the list as its been over a week with no reply.

while not saying i feel entitled to have my problem solved over others, some acknowledgement that it has been seen by some kind of admin / moderator would be nice.

Can anyone else confirm that these bug exists in 3.3.0 and its not just me?
