Transcode Function do not work

PC as Server,Android Phone as Client.

when play without transcode,UMS works fine.but when use transcoding like FFmpeg,tsMuxeR or MEncoder,Device could not play any media file.
Log says

Error adding child: "KBPS All-classical"
java.lang.NullPointerException: null
...

is there any thing wrong? I just install UMS and didn't change any file.
by the way,system is windows 8.1 chinese.

Some of my transcode folders won't even open for some reason.. I'm not sure if I've had any errors like those but I wouldn't be surprised..

not "some",all video files will cause error

I'm experiencing the same error on my PC laptop.

Version 3.3.0.
Java Version 7 Update 51 (latest as of this post).
Windows 7 Home Premium (SP 1; x64)
All English, no extra language packs.

I did a clean install since I haven't used this for a long time.

I've configured all my options then restarted the program and even rebooted the laptop.
Still the same errors.

I'll uplaod the logs.

in WEB.conf. It is not working and I will change it in the source code. Unfortunatelly it has nothing to do with not working transcoding. What program do you use to play the media from UMS?

I have an Xbox360 and a Sony BDP-s3100. But lately my brother tells me he hasn't been able to watch anything from UMS but I'm not around to check what he's doing.
I haven't had time to investigate myself through my own Xbox360 to see if it does work or if he's just not giving me full details of what he's doing or not doing.

So far when his console is on, I don't see it as an available renderer in the UMS interface. That Classical error is the only one I see and didn't think it would affect much.

I'll setup my console and have a look at what's really going on.
I think my brother may be using the wrong words or just not testing anything out.
