hi (sorry I'm not English)
The videos resume always have the same remaining period about 18 minutes and some secondes. I cannot see the rest.
I have a wdtv live. And when I fast-forward of 10 or more, It goes out brutally.
(The same in linux or windows)

It might be because you have this feature enabled. Uncheck it like illustrated and see if your issue continues.
If not that then please provide in this thread logs in TRACE.
