Everything past 3.3.0 is stripping container

Haven't had time lately, but just noticed that 3.4.2 is stripping the MKV container again. OPPO 93. Forced to transcode mpeg. Also no engine names when opening transcode folder. No embedded subtitles opening transcode folder. Opening live subtitles shows the subtitle selection, but playing one from live subtitle folder has subs way out of sync.

Going back to 3.3.0 seems to have fixed everything.

Bugs aside. I am very thankful for the program and appreciate all the hard work.

Can you make this an Issue Ticket on GitHub so that the Dev's are aware (aside from seeing it being reported here of course.)
