Empty folders or virtual folder

I everybody got a question maybe someone can help and get same problem my proble is very simple got UMS last version everything look great see my server from renderer see virtual folders I've selects to share but no video inside (avi and mkv) I've try many way configuration but without any success I ve see some post talking about no files but dosent help me maybe thats little something stupid but dont know what it is so that is very appreciate someone help and can figure what is my problem

Just going out on a limb here, but english is not your native language nor is your operating system, therefore you should change UMS language to your native language.

what do you have this set to?

I'm on win 7 32bit first the installation os was in english us and I've install french language pack I've try to both english us and french and even english uk nothing work no files or subfolder display in vitual folders and what you meen by trying transcode folder?
