Garbled video on PS4, works fine on PC with MPC-HC after update.

I'm having a bit of an issue getting a series of videos to work. Audio is fine, but video is completely garbled, as you can see in the attached photo.

Initially I had the exact same issue when I tried it on my PC to check if I maybe got a corrupt file and the issue was indeed present. After updating my version of MPC-HC to a more recent one, however, the problem fixed itself - for PC at least.

I then tried updating UMS to the most recent version, but that didn't make a difference. Tried various settings and transcoding options, but none of them solve the issue.

Attached a debug log, although I'm not entirely sure how much that would help in this particular instance.
