videos just stop after few min of play

i recently updated from 2.6.5 to the newest and now all my videos just stop playing after a few mins i get this error in the log

12-02 16:25:05 Buffer read ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException error:
12-02 16:25:05 readCount: "95682602"
12-02 16:25:05 maxMemorySize: "209715200"

just happened again but no error my log only says start file then stopped file no reason given for stopping starting to get very frustrating

Dark_n1ghtmar3, if you could please follow the instructions in my signature to change your logging level to TRACE, reproduce the error, and upload your Zip file here please.
