If even audio playback is stuttering that points to a slow network speed. Can you try enabling "Use automatic maximum bandwidth" on the General Settings tab and upload the logs, so we can see what speed was detected?
I can see from the logs you provided that UMS has sent the video to the Samsung TV without transcoding, it is simply streaming it. You can also try playing it via the #--TRANSCODE--# folder to see if it may be a file compatibility problem, but I suspect network speed for now.
