3.3.0 and Occasional No Subs

I've come across one file that has external subtitles that 3.3.0 will mux over with no subs. If I manually select Mencoder, subs work fine.

Thanks for the report. In this case, UMS is doing its job, since the audio track is marked as English, and by default, if the audio is English, UMS will ignore subtitles.
That preference can be changed on the Subtitle Settings sub-tab on the Transcoding Settings tab.
