Problem with new install

Hi All,
I've just installed and setup UMS on my MAC 10.8.5
Everything looks good, i setup my paths to the folders i want to stream/share
When scanning however it appears to be scanning everything on my mac, not the folders ive shared.
Example
Nothing is appearing on my devices as shared either..
