I don't see a configuration interface with preferences

I just installed UMS ver 3.30 on my iMac OSX 10.91. My problem is I don't see a configuration interface with preferences etc. Is there info available like a setup guide? Has this got to be setup through Terminal ? I don't know how to point UMS to my Movies folder e.g. I wud love to use the software but I'm lost.

When in the "General Configuration" Tab, Uncheck "Hide Advanced Options", then "Quit" then relaunch UMS.
