I am on the screen that is in the image and usually when you are in a login screen it will give you a reset password option and there is no option for that so how do I reset my password

Deleting "C:\ProgramData\UMS\database\USERS.mv.db" will reset all users. Next time UMS is run it will ask you to set up a new user.

I deleted this link you gave me and it still lists my Username and password and doesn’t ask me to create a new one

I think you would need to delete the whole database, by deleting the folder C:\ProgramData\UMS\database\
