Shared Content column question (upd)

Hopefully simple question

I'm using ver 14.0.2

I added a bunch of folders to share and I don't understand completely what some of the columns are for

This is an example

Type = Folder (got it)
Path = blank ????
Name = blank ????
Source = the folder (got it)
Status = Checked ????
Enable = Checked ????

I thought there might be some popup tooltips for the column headers but there is not, and I couldn't find anything in the documentation

I don't use / have any web content if that helps
