Subtitles on Xbox360

Hello,
I have one problem that I can't solve.

-I want to transcode file from my pc to xbox360 with subtitles on:
-File is regulary played on xbox360 with subtitles.
-Mencoder work partialy, and FFMpeg work partialy.
They start movie with subtitles on.
Start and stop of movie is working, fastworward/reverse is working, but when I slow fastforwarding to 1x or just press play: it restart movie again from start.
This make watching anything unwatchable since in most cases movie is starting to breaking about 20minutes in (direct wire connection between pc and xbox360), and when I stop it and start again, can't fastworward to where I stopped.

Help please?

Edit: reverse isn't working to - when pressed restart movie.

Basicaly with transcoded subtitles on only command that are working is pause.
Every other command restart movie.

I think transcode is working much better with 400mb buffer size.
