Problem with Win8.1 firewall

Hello,

UMS can't find renderers when the windows' firewall is running.
When i'm shutting it down my renderers are found.
I've created a rule for the 5001 TCP port and for UMS like the picture show it.

Could you please explain me what i've done wrong.

The process you need to add to the firewall is javaw.exe (make sure you set it for private networks), i'm sure that should enable you too see your renderer's in UMS

Thanks, your answer help me to solve the problem.
I've got 3 jawa's programs and all of them needed to be added.
I've already added javaw.exe but java(TM) Plateform SE Binary and another javaw were not.
Once this two added all is working fine.
