PS3 not seeing UMS anymore

Just recently .. my PS3 isnt seeing UMS anymore. I have PS3 Media Server installed and started that one up.. it shows up.. so I am at a loss on what the problem could be.. I am on version 3.6.4 / Win7

Any thoughts or suggestions??

It could be network or Win 7 Firewall settings problem.
