UMS GUI won't start

I am a Newbie to this forum and I am having problems opening/running UMS.
I have been a user of PS3 Media Server for many years and use the latest version (1.90.1). It installs and works fine on my PC without any problem. I use it to stream films and music to my PS3.
I have recently tried installing UMS but it just does not seem to run - I can't get the GUI to appear. I assume that it will not run alongside PMS? I have tried various uninstall/install scenarios without any luck - e.g. PMS uninstall/reboot/clean registry (using TuneUp Utilities & Registry Mechanic)/delete PMS files in Program Files (x86) and ProgramData/reboot/install UMS/reboot. UMS seems to install okay but it will not run/open. There are no obvious error windows displayed. Just nothing, not even any UMS programs or processes running in Task Manager. I'm running on Windows 7 64bit and have the latest Java install. It's not being blocked by my antivirus (Kaspersky). Like I say PMS works fine directly after install.
As I cannot even start UMS, the only file I can send you to help is my debug.log from ProgramData, which is attached.
I hope you are able to help me in some way. I will be more than happy to provide further information about my problem or setup that may help you. I really like PMS and am eager to explore the extra functionality that is in UMS.
