[Solved] Transcoding Settings panel is empty

Post by pedropsousa »

Hi,

First of all, thank you for this nice piece of software, and for making it freely available. :)
I've just installed UMS 4.4.0 for testing, and so far i'm really enjoying the software. This is my first time with this software so I never had any previous versions installed.

Anyways, I've found that my Transcoding Settings pane only has one option, which is the "Disable subtitles" one. No Audio / Video options appear whatsoever, although I'm not really sure if there are supposed to be any options there  as I never played with this software before, but from what I've read, I guess that there should be something else more in there :?:

I've followed your instructions on new Topics, enabled the "Trace" options in log level :geek:, and went to the Transcoding settings to see if something came out from the logs, but I don't think so.

I've packed the log files through the UMS interface and included a screenshot of the Transcoding Settings panel itself. Hope you guys could help me to bring back those options to the panel.

Thanks in advance
Pedro Sousa

Guys, nevermind.

I've found the solution. I had to go to "General Configuration" panel, and untick "Hide advanced options (needs application restart).

Problem is solved.
Kind regards,
