No Thumnauls (mp3) on onkyo TX-NR3030

Hi all.

I have some Trouble on my Server (Server 12 essentials) with actual UMS from
today. I had installed UMS, opend my Firewall (for internal net) and installed
Flash 32 bit. My biggest Problem is, that i cant see thumbnails (mp3 covers already in the files) on my TV-Screen. Media Player DLNA works...

Here is my actually conf:
