Transcoder problem w/2.1.1

Hello, great program :) I just have one problem which is I have a Toshiba BDX3300 Blu-ray player which doesn't read DivX so I select to transcode in your program and the only option that shows up is tsMuseR which does work cuz my player still says that the video is not supported. Just wondering what I can do so I can play the video? Should I select a specific renderer?

Thanks for responding. it is being detected as Unknown Renderer. I tried to create my own conf but then it doesn't play some videos so I just left it at Unknown. If you could tell me how to trick it into playing Divx avi's and show me how to create my own conf with the general settings your program uses when selecting unknown because my player plays everything else, that would be great ;) Thx

FYI - using 2.2.4 now.
