Works fine sometimes and other times just completely freezes

So this is a problem I've had over several versions, basically UMS runs along side on my normal computer (the specs of it are here:)
By the way the media device im streaming to through a wired connection using my Asus RT-AC68U is an LG TV: LG UB820V
So the normal procedure when i'm going to watch something using UMS through my TV is I turn my tv on and wait for it to find the ums usually doesn't take too long, then I'll go into something and and try to watch it using Mencoder (I'm only really ever using this when I'm watching anime because the TV can't handle subs too well) there are 2 ways usually it plays out, it will load for a few seconds then start playing perfectly or it will load for 30 seconds and when it finally shows the footage it will be freezing and sometimes no audio will even play, so basically when the latter happens I just restart both UMS and TV until it fixes which isn't always right after one restart, it's completely random how many restarts it will take.
The log is when the freezing is happening.
