Release tagging

I think it would be a good idea to tag releases in git, so it would be easier for developers to go back to a specific release. See:

Yeah I used to tag releases with PMS but haven't done it with UMS since we're thinking of moving it to GitHub anyway, so will probably start tagging again when we're moved
