Finally found the solution! PS3 and PS4 are discovered.
Hi everyone,
I registered here just to tell you what worked for me. Since I upgraded to windows 10 I was unable to make UMS work. I've tried a lot of things... changing network settings, reinstalling JAVA, clean install, uninstall, reinstall, settings... you know.. what you guys are into! Then I had an idea... what if UMS is unable to really do a clean install and that some files are not being deleted... I then took a look in the UMS folder after uninstalling it and found that a couple of files were undeletable! I then tried UNLOCKER and made it delete those files on next reboot since I was unable to delete them using the normal delete on windows. Then I clean reinstalled UMS and TADA!!! Finally UMS is found on PS4 and PS3... I hope it helps!

Did you actually upgrade to Windows 10? You didn't do a clean install? Upgraded Windows versions has never worked very well imo, and I stay far away from them. In any case, it sounds to me like you probably had UMS setup as a service before the upgrade, and that the uninstaller didn't uninstall the service. A running service will lock the files it uses.
