Win 10, java 7, ps3 not found by UMS

Win 10, java 7, ps3 not found by UMS
I've just installed UMS on our laptop win 10, think it is 5.3.1, and java 7 also. There is also McAffee anti virus and firewall installed on the laptop.
It finds my network reciever and my chrome cast, but not the router or the PS3. On our old XP desktop with UMS version 2.6* and it finds the router and PS3.
The laptop and PS3 are wifi connected and the reciever and desktop are cable connected. I have no idea what the problem is, someone with an idea?
