mkv not parsing on my panny

I can't see that you've tried to play the non working file in the log. You have to reproduce the problem while making the log, that means to try to play the file that doesn't work so that we can see what's happening.

Also it would be helpful if you disabled jumpy while creating the debug file (just move the jumpy file out of the plugins folder temporarily).

I also notice mecoder was never fixed for certain iso (no audio)

I was bored so i set media info to false
it read and play but skips

The reason is clear:
I'm guessing it's a bad file, but we can try to investigate. Please install MediaInfo GUI (I'm linking to a version without installer since the installer has adware bundled). Open the file with MediaInfo, select "text view" (one of the icons on the left side) and copy and paste the content here (inside tags.
