Lets Windows users build the latest revision of UMS for Windows and Linux.

Note: This will build the program from potentially untested code, so while it should usually be OK there are no guarantees.
If you want stability, download the latest official release from our front page.

I gave this a go last night and I must say I'm impressed by how easy this is and also how well it works. I love how u just click on the batch file and it ends up being a one click compiler. I wish I could find something as awesome/easy as this for more programs that I've been interested in compiling myself.

So if i run UMS builder.. i end up with a UMS-Linux.tgz, but i'm on windows ? =/

There's no UMS-Windows.exe

Extra question: Where can i find older versions of UMS

Is there an error? Maybe paste the CMD output into a new thread in the UMSBuilder section of the Support forum

1.4 Compiled fine..however, upon startup on windowz 7Pro I get java (?) error stating:

Could not find the main class:net.pms.PMS. Program will exit.

Odd, I compiled a build of 2.5.0 yesterday and it's working perfectly. I did do a fresh install though. BTW thanks SJ for using the latest Java now. I do notice a difference in speed.
