Transcoding not working

Hello, when I select to transcode a video in my #Transcode# folder, I still get the error that the video is not supported. When I use Mezzmo, this file does get transcoded and plays the video fine. Also, how do i select a different transcoder than tsMuxer? Thx

Ok, firstly not trying to be rude but you need to provide a little more information to us. Firstly whats the renderer your using (TV, PS3, Blu-ray Player) don't forget the model number, and brand. Also to make it a little easier why don't you include a debug log with the offending renderer included in there so we can ascertain what your problem is.
