Hello,
here the last FLAC official version 1.3.1 compiled without SSE2 support for old CPU, as was the 1.2.1 version

I use it without problem since now, it's faster and less bandwitch hungry.
The next version 1.3.2 will come before Christmas...with the option to compile directly without SSE2 support.
