Error opening file MediaInfo.dll
Every time I try to update this happens 
Also, I can never get it to auto update, each time i need to update i have to go to the website and manually download it.

Concerning your update issue, i think that you should check your firewall(s) rules and add UMS.
About MediaInfo.dll i think it's a way to tell that this file is busy. So or UMS was not correctly shutdown, you could verify that in the TaskBar processes or an other application is using it.
