Can anyone help me transcode x265?

When trying to some transcode x265 i noticed nothing would happen for a few seconds then it'd kick me out saying "please check your network connection". I've tested this now on non x265 and i#m getting the same problem; i can't transcode anything. Can anyone advise what i might be doing wrong?

Note: Cannot attache debug files as they exceed the maximum attachment size.

Try to make a default video files transcoding engine the FFmpeg not Avisynth/FFmpeg if you don't have any special need for it. It seems that it is not working properly also for me.
