why a video fails to show when inside a directory?
My UMS connects a win10 pc with an LG Smarttv.
I've added a video to my repertoire, using a convention which worked all along, inside a directory, but the film didn't show up on my video list on the tv set (and neother on my interface on the pc).
I suspected that there's a problem with my MKV file, and therefore converted it into an AVI file. Nothing changed.
A few minutes ago I found a solution, I copied the file directly to the video directory. Once at a sudden, the film shows on the list.
How come? Why does my solution work? I've quite a few videos on my list, almost all inside designated folders, and all work as expected. Only this video fails.

Hi,
If i understood you correctly, all you need to do is something like that:

Just click on the yellow folder and add your own folders need to be view by UMS.
Quit UMS and run it again
