LG TV does not recognize UMS anymore

Hi there,

I was using UMS on my PC and it worked great, my LG TV picked up the server and played media without problem. Recently changed my provider to a fast fiber connection and got an archer c7. Ever since, UMS will recognize my TV as a renderer and it's not greyed out, looks fine. The TV however does not recognize UMS anymore. I've attached logs as per the instructions.
