Language/subtitle priority

Hi there everyone

I want to setup UMS this way:
if the language is japanese, use italian subtitles; if italian isn't available, anything else will do
if the audio is in english, try with english subtitles first, then ita, then everything else
if the audio is french, try with italian subs

I'm using the settings in the picture: will they work as expected or the syntax is wrong? Where can I find how to set them properly?
